Why do so many women have problems with orgasm?

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm?

Orgasm women have less to do with demographics than with sex.

Scientific research on sex began in the late 1940s, and over the 70 years since, a discovery has been replicated hundreds of times.

Compared to men, women are considerably less likely to have orgasms.

Men usually arrive during about 95 % of the love cases, but, depending on the study, the number of women is only 50% to 70%.

Because? In large part because most women need direct clitoral caresses for the climax, and many do not tire of it - handwork and cunnilingus .

Recently, researchers at Indiana University and Chapman University in Southern California have contributed to the growing research that supports the discovery.

And for the first time, they compared orgasm rates based on sexual preference.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 1 A huge study

The researchers looked at a huge database that included 52,588 US adults.

• 26,032 heterosexual men

• 1, 002 gay or bisexual men

• 1,452 lesbian or bisexual women

• 24,102 heterosexual women

As usual, men enjoyed very high rates of orgasm between partners (94%), but women were considerably less likely to climax (68%).

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 2 So the researchers divided women by sexual preference:

• Lesbian women: 86% reported being consistently orgasmic during sex with partners

• Bisexual women: 66%

• heterosexual women: 65 percent

Lesbians were 20% more interested in reporting orgasms during the whoopie partner .

They were almost as orgasmic as men.

The vast majority of bisexual women were mostly straight , ie usually sexual with men and only occasionally with women.

That's why her orgasm rate was so close to heterosexual women.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 3 Bisexual Women

Compared with straight and largely heterosexual bisexual women, lesbians were much more likely to report direct clitoral stimulation:

prolonged work with hands and lots of oral sex. They were also more likely to report:

deep-seated kisses and more full-body mutual massage, and they were more likely to say, "I love you" during sex, try sexually and ask what they wanted between the sheets.

The sheer size of the sample makes the findings highly reliable.

The findings also agree with a growing body of research showing that how couples make love is the most important element in women's orgasm rates.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 4 Hello clit!

For the vast majority of heterosexual couples, lovemaking means penis-vagina ( PVI) sexual intercourse - and often not much else.

Now, PVI can bring great pleasure to both men and women. It also provides enough penile stimulation for most men to quit.

But IVP does not provide much direct clitoral stimulation.

The clitoris, female orgasm button, sits outside the vagina, one or two inches above the opening.

So even when men last a long time (and in all age groups, not many men), the old in-out often can not sufficiently excite the clitoris for women.

A large body of research on sex shows that only about 25 % of women are consistently orgasmic with only IVF.

Three quarters require direct clitoral caresses for climax and satisfaction.

In the study, lesbian women were much more likely to receive direct clitoral touch ; consequently, her orgasm rates were 20% higher than those of other women.

In addition, lesbians have also been given two other things that most women say to help them get aroused and orgasmic:

much kissing and considerable time spent in mutual massage all over the body (foreplay).

And lesbians were more willing than heterosexual women to talk and tell lovers what they wanted.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 5 Demography does not matter much

Until about twelve years ago, sex researchers investigating the differential of female orgasm did not focus on how sex continued, but on women's demographics and psychology.

• Demography. As age, education, and income rise, women's likelihood of orgasm increases slightly.

• Beliefs. Compared to women who embrace religious fundamentalism and the traditional sex roles (woman as housewife), those who adopt more liberal religious and social views are more likely to have orgasms.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 6 Relationships

As you increase the happiness with their relationships, the likelihood of women's orgasm increases modestly.

• sexual trauma:

Compared to women who have experienced incest, other sexual exploitation and / or sexual assault, women free of sexual trauma are more likely to have orgasms.

But add up to all these factors and your total sum accounts for only a small fraction of the difference in the female orgasm. Concentrating on one's own sex explains much more.

Why do so many women have problems with orgasm? # 7 Advice for men who want to give more orgasmic to them

Gentlemen, if you want your honey to have orgasms every time, slow down the sexual act.

Tell her how you feel about her. Enjoy many deep kisses and mutual whole body, that is, non-genital massage.

If you make love to music by tapping, kissing and caressing it for five or six full-sized songs before reaching between your legs.

When you do, gently massage the clitoris into several other songs.

But be careful. The clitoris of many women is extremely sensitive to touch.

Check with her to make sure that you are providing pleasure and not causing discomfort.

Ask, "Is that good?" And then ask to train on how she likes her **** stroked.

If your love is super sensitive, this is normal. Instead of squeezing down on her clit, caress around him.

Enjoy all the relationships you like, but understand that she probably will not have orgasms that way.

Before or after yours, go to her and treat her with clitoral kisses / oral sex / cunnilingus . Again, check this out. If she is super sensitive, lick around her core, not directly over it.

Even with a lot of love cunnilingus , many perfectly normal and sexually functional women are needed for a long time.

Be patient.

If they do not come quickly, some women fear that their lovers will become bored or suffer from tongue fatigue.

This anxiety can distract them from an erotic focus, making orgasm more difficult.

Assure her that she is free to take all the time she needs, that you love to eat and will not get bored or get tired.
